Return Eligibility:

• Unopened Items: We accept returns on unopened items that are in their original packaging and condition. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will gladly accept the return and cover the return shipping costs. Please make sure that the item is unopened to be properly returned.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at shipping@MyMiracleLeaf.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return your item.
2. Return Shipping: For unopened or incorrect items, please ship the product back to us using the instructions provided. Include the return label on the outside of your package to ensure a smooth return process.
3. Refunds: Once we receive and verify the condition of your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please Note:

• We do not accept returns on opened/used items unless they are defective or incorrect.
• Return shipping costs for unopened items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
